How to look after green plants
Since most green plants come from the tropics, they grow better with a lot of natural light. But be careful of direct sunlight from April onwards – it could burn the leaves.
Watering
Examine the soil regularly and only water if it is dry to the touch. Then water generously. But be careful not to exaggerate: too much water suffocates the roots and rots them.
Temperature
Most green plants adapt well to temperatures in modern buildings: between 18° and 24°.
Fertilising
As there is only a limited quantity of soil in the pots, we advise you to feed nutrients to the plant once a month, except during winter, always respecting the instructions on the box. Never give diluted fertiliser to dry soil!
It is possible to compensate for the lack of natural light by using special lamps for green plants.
We will willingly advise you on this.
